I first heard of District Distilling while at the Metro Cooking Expo last year. They were one of the restaurants participating in the Taste of DC. We were so impressed with their sampling, we vowed to have dinner there the following year. We kept our promise and had an extraordinary dinner tonight. We will definitely be back. I can’t wait to try some of the other dishes and unique cocktails. read more.

The food was excellent but a little pricey for the portions received. The service was a challenge because the server did not speak/understand English very well. When asked about corkage fees we were told $55... So we went with the house Shiraz (Copper Moon) and that was $55 for a bottle of wine that is retailed for about $7... So all in all good food, WAY over priced! read more.
