her housewurst is just terrible. we bought the fresh Polish, fresh Hungarian and sweet Italian. the loop is gone too fine, lack of fat and away too much water and milk powder, which escapes during cooking, this milky musk in the pan and the whole excess water rinses out the small amount of fat, which a dry crumewurst. not a bad place to have a few of tge hard to find objects that do not store in the larger meat...
terrible about expensive meat. ripening were absolutely terrible all fat and gristle no flesh....
