"I wanted to try it again just in case it was a one time thing. I asked for a deep dish and did both get it and the garlic bread, all I tasted was oil not butter and really not garlic plus they did not even cut it. Is much is it paid that fall should be a lot better and I will not go there again."

"I visited today, Saturday 4-23 during the dinner rush, and I’m guessing like most places, they were short staffed, and everybody else was trying to cover, and it was very busy. It did take about 30 minutes to get my food, however, in that time I watched person after person after person march up to the front and ask to see a manager, and then proceed to yell at any team member within earshot. There were a lot of very angry people, who seemed to think that the very future of the universe was resting on whether they got their ice cream and butter burger within a reasonable time frame. Yes, it was a long wait, but after watching at least half a dozen people treat the team leader (I believe his name was Jose? with such disrespect, I can’t do anything other than commend every single person who was working tonight. All the team members were friendly, helpful, calm given the circumstances, and everyone just stood there and took it as one person after another yelled at them, swore at them, belittled them, and treated them horribly. You are all absolute rock stars, thank you for what you do. You matter. And my food tasted great! Whoever runs this location should be very thankful that they have a team that is able to keep their cool under unimaginable circumstances with such rude customers."

"I got two, six pieces of chicken pliers and everything was soggy. Very unpleasant. Update: many visits later and I am convinced that this crew does not know to hear. Because every time I'm here, they screwed up my order."

"I Can't Believe It's Not Chinese..... ....it's not. This place is awful. Service is horrible, manager is even worse. I ordered a carry out on my first (and last) visit. Sweet and Sour Chicken/Shrimp/Pork Combo all I got was meat and rice....no sauce. Lo mein was wrong too. After my mile drive home found the problems in the bag along with batter dipped and deep fried egg rolls and I called to let them know they expected me to drive back for my sauce. No credit offered....and the kid that answered the phone when I called was laughing because he knew what was wrong before I even said anything. I have a disability and it's not right that they expect me to get back in my car to pick up the order they should have got it right. The food I did get was awful definitely not Chinese."

"Food is decent and it was hot at pick up. Chicken is flavorless, fried rice is yummy and so is beef and broccoli. Crab Rangoon has no crab in it I’m convinced. I’d rather pay the $10 price difference and go to golden gate"
