ZUBU RAMEN (West Van)They have a lunch special that’s not bad!I got the Tonkatsu Kuro with THICK noodles. Broth is great, but the pork Chashu is inconsistent compared to the Metrotown one. The tonkotsu Kuro’s porc broth is not as rich as tonkotsu broth should normally be but it was not bad. The spicy version is mild though. The tonkotsu shiro’s chicken broth is light and tasty. The noodle was cooked “al dente”. We ordered the ramen combo which comes with a house salad gyoza but the waitress forgot to bring the gyoza out.
