They have been so helpful, fast, reliable and work harder than most mall employees to put out a great product. I was very sad with my experience today. It's my birthday so I went to get my favorite pretzel from Auntie Annie's in the mall. I asked the young man working the register if the cinnamon pretzels were fresh. He quickly answered yes. Very unfriendly. I said ok and got one. It was ROCK HARD. Stale as could be.
