I can't say enough positive things about the employees that's worked here for the duration of it's existence at our mall! They have been so helpful, fast, reliable and work harder than most mall employees to put out a great product. I was very sad with my experience today. It's my birthday so I went to get my favorite pretzel from Auntie Annie's in the mall. I asked the young man working the register if the cinnamon pretzels were fresh. He quickly answered yes. Very unfriendly. I said ok and got one. It was ROCK HARD. Stale as could be.
