Even though we booked 2 days in advance we waited 40 min for the table in the cold patio!!! Not even offered a welcome drink, promised to put heating on, didn't happen, no reflection. Took additional 20 min to order and 20 min for appetizers to arrive. We ate at 9 although our booking was at 7.30.
