They make dumplings from scratch at the front, each dumplings is NT$6, leek spout with shrimp dumpling is the only flavor they have. There’s always a long queue during lunch hour, so I visited at 4pm to avoid the crowds, staff was very polite and serving was fast. Dumplings and soup both were tasty and good quality. The place was pretty dingey and the tables weren 't very clean when we came in, the menu is 90% in Mandarin making ordering difficult for English speakers. Also, for a dumpling restaurant they have only 1 type of dumpling and it contains seafood. That 's a deal-breaker for me unfortunately.
