"Outstanding friendly staff, very friendly clients, awesome and authentic atmosphere, great rock music! The food I tried is very good (ribs, burgers, hot dog, salad), many different beers from all over the world. Alone for lunch when in the area or in a group/couple in the evening always worth a visit. Prices are fair! Not to forget all the special events like concerts, car/bike meets; nice terrasse for summer afternoons."

"Das Restaurant StadtAlp bietet einen Hüttencharakter mitten im urbanen Treiben. Am Mittag gibt es diverse Menüs. Auf der Karte stand Kalbsschnitzel mit Gemüse. Später wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass es sich um Entrecôte handelt, sie würden dies aber zum gleichen Preis anbieten. So bestellten fünf Personen aus unserer Gruppe Entrecôte mit Gemüse. Leider war das Fleisch ungeniessbar, es war völlig zäh. Nachdem wir dies dem Servicepersonal gemeldet hatten, erhielten wir einen neuen Teller mit frischem Entrecôte - genauso wie man sich das vorstellt. Ein bisschen rosa im Kern und mit leckerer Morchel-Sauce. Als Wiedergutmachung mussten wir die Getränke nicht bezahlen. Schön, dass das Restaurant mit unserer Kritik so gut umgegangen ist. Da ich bei aufgeschnitten serviertem Entrecôte in einem Restaurant jedoch erwarte, dass es geprüft wird bevor es dem Gast serviert wird, kann ich das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen."

"We ordered large portions and fled after that still starving. the service was also very slow. we tried to speed up the dinge by getting our own menus and standing at the bar to pay. the waitress told us that it was on too many guests in. the restaurant, but it was only 30-40% full. the price is very high for the quantity and quality of food. they do not have any other restaurants near, but it is worth driving the extra distance to find somewhere else."

"I was here with family and found really kind english speaking waiters. We had a steak and the Luzern specialty meatballs, mushrooms and cream. The steak was amazing and we enjoyed the quiet and cozy stay."
