"My husband and I frequent this restaurant every week. We always find ourselves looking forward to the next visit cause it is perfect for us: the relaxed ambience, the warm hospitality extended to us, the delicious food, rounded off by the best coffee in Torgiano (I tested every restaurant in Torgiano). I would go there only for the coffee. I did not yet get a chance to try every dish on the menu but have never regretted trying new ones. On the contrary, every time I try a new dish, it becomes my favourite. The current contender is 'Garganelli al profumo di bosco '. The flavour profile is perfect. The egg-based Garganelli have a good bite to them, the mushrooms are hearty, the white truffle is delicate, and the cherry on top: high-quality olive oil. Not a hint of bitterness! It soaks up the flavours of the other ingredients, so I cannot resist mopping up the plate with bread at the end because it is too delicious to leave. But that is not all, their antipasto platter is heavenly – so many different textures and flavours on one plate. I 'm getting hungry just thinking about it. "
