really great paella and for me the best sangria. tapas are well made and freshly eaten. to complete a digestif from the house. 10 out of 10 points, really great place! View all feedback.
What Gudrun Heinz doesn't like about Paella:
cheap lunch option for 5,50 euro, but our waitress was just acceptable and only made a smile when it was about to present the bill, probably in the hope of a better drink money. this was a Spanish restaurant that is now run by Turks with a mixed menu, despite the name paella. they do not go here to special occasions. The peculiarities are not sparing. my first impression of the waitress was not good, she didn't understand the word lunchtime, but later she was in order. I am paella cooker and wanted to know how good paellas are in this restaurant. I ate alone, the restaurant was empty, so I could not expect the best paellas and it has disappointed me. reis was too small. Spanish paella is not sharp and that was most likely to give her taste and avoid fad. garnels were hard and had a dark color. I've never seen dark garnel or green clamshells, and huh, I found many chicken bones, but no meat myself. paellas from this restaurant do not represent the kitchen of my country.
We were there to enjoy some tapas and drinks with some friends. the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, the personal friendly. the tapas bar is very practical if they don't have BGI meal, but only here and there want to eat a few snacks while they entertain with friends. I can't comment on the menu because I didn't try it, but the tapas were good. we had luck finding a place, but I was told that the place in the place is really full. .
If they decide to call their restaurant paella, they better make a really good paella ... right? no, the taste of paella was determined by the inherited and there was any amount of it. hardly any other aromen comprehensible. Seafood/Huhn also does not definitiw fresh. ambiente: dark, old, overcrowded with too many tables/seats. terrible toilets, stinking, no functioning soap dispenser, not clean. avoid as much as possible.
We found paella by chance when we went down from the capital. we were warmly welcomed and quickly served with our drinks. I ordered a mojito while my partner drank a local beer. the cocktails are huge and very tasty. we both decided for the paella and they presented them well in a traditional paella court. there were fresh garnel, mush and tinted fish rings; all very tasty. we did not stay to dessert, but there was not much choice between pancakes and chorrios. the overall feeling of the restaurant is very nice, very warm and the people are welcoming. I would come back here. perfect for a meal or just for drinks.
Decided that despite the negative comments of our nl here we would eat tapas
