We stopped for lunch on a Sunday during a longer trip. The waitress warned us that second courses take longer since it was full and there was also an event. We opted for 3 soups, but then also added schnitzel with fries. The soups were brought in large bowls, almost 2 smaller portions. What User doesn't like about Transilvania:
We stop to eat there, the soup was great, but the second dish was cold, I ask to reheat, and then it was way too hot. The waitress were very polite and nice. The prices were OK. But the food was nothing to remember, but still, it did it's purpose: we left the place fully. View all feedback.
Zero Customer Service, extremely long waiting times without anyone taking our order, even after talking to management nothing happens! AVOID and find a better option to...
After 45 minutes of waiting, they brought us cold potatoes for the second dish and cold mushrooms, the Purée was made a day ago, I think, also Coldiaaak... they forgot, Cabage Salat.... a total catastrophe! I don't order!
We were on our way back from Cheile Turzii to Sibiu and decided to stop here for a meal and some refreshing drinks. The drinks limonada cu portocale/ limonade with orange bits were nothing but a very sugary orange colored drink with some orange slices on it. The potatoes side coming with the pork grill were old cooked and full of spices in order perhaps to hide the taste of the potatoes . The chicken stewers were quite raw, with the vegetables cut in very large bits. All in all we left with a very unpleasant taste for this place. On a good side though: the waitress was nice and friendly. And professional for as much as the restaurant allows.
Good food, soup portions are huge and meals are quite large. Just come from the main road. Prices could be a bit lower, but it is still a good place to stop for a bite.
High prices for poor services and low quality food. I would Not recommend you the smoothies and "fresh" lemonades at all.
