Wendy's - Alamogordo

The man at the front counter, Juan, seemed to magically appear out of thin air to take my order. He was very well-mannered and dressed neatly. He quickly took my order for a simple baked potato with chili and a junior bacon cheeseburger. The food was fresh and hot when it arrived, and I didn't even realize I had only waited for three minutes.

I didn't have high expectations for breakfast at most places, so I decided to try Wendy's breakfast since everywhere else had long lines. I tried their breakfast sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. The bacon was cooked well and crispy, not soggy like I've experienced before. The sandwich overall was quite good, similar to their quality burgers. Overall, Wendy's breakfast was a winner in my book.

Yesterday was our first time at this restaurant, and the staff member who assisted us with our order was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I absolutely loved it! I can't believe I hadn't been eating there before, the food was fantastic!

I love Wendy's. .most of the time, but not this one. There were 3 other customers when I walked in, waiting on orders they had phoned in. At least 7, possibly 8 employees, which seemed like no one knew what they were doing . I waited 11 minutes just to place my order of a small Chili, and another 10 minutes before I got my order, then another 4 minutes to get the 3 packets of chili sauce and 2 ketchups. I left and ate the chili in my car, with the added sauces, like I always add . It taste good but is was very watered down, the liquid was almost clear even after adding ketchup . I'm sure it was an off day for those employees but I got better service when it was during a rush hour, which this was not. No excuse for the seemingly watered down chili.
