no care given by staff at all burgers just slapped together,money snatched out of my hand, no hello, no regard for the fact I asked for no pickles and I actually felt and got the impression i was a total inconvenience to them by ordering...More View all feedback.
The chips are always very crispy and the burgers are always stuffed. The quality is pretty good and consistent for a fast food chain.
The burgers are amazing, but it's a shame that the fries can be hit or miss because they are also very important.
I have been here 6 times in the space of 2 months and RECIEVED cold burgers. At first thought they were having a bad day, and hoping it would get better. It did not. It seems the burgers are Colder at hungry jacks. I asked to make fresh second last occasion hoping that finally I would receive what I paid for, and have ended up with cold burger yet again. I decided I wasn't going back. Until 4 weeks later to test the water. I then told them that I would please like the burger cooked fresh as I am pregnant........ I STILL RECIEVED A COLD BURGER!!!!!!! Not just a bad day!!!!! No consideration, kids that don't give a hoot. If your going to do your job do it properly. Not going back ever.
Wouldn't normally stop at this kind of chain, but was in a hurry and needed to eat. In fact had to wait some time for service, which was OK-ish, but the menu for vegetarians was limited. Wouldn't rush to come here again!
Service was a bit slow. Didn't get my partner's order right. Food was good. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner.
