Because its off of Gibson I thought it was going to be a dingy place but when we walked in it was like a mini crackle barrel. Very welcoming but a small charming cozy place. The prices aren't that bad and our total was only 40 bucks which paid for awaffle combo with hash browns, eggs, sausage and two stacks of pancakes. I love coming to Copper Canyon. The food is always great and the customer service is the best. It’s never a disappointment when we go there.

This place is great. The food is constantly great and the service is perfect. Melissa waited on me and she is fantastic, couldn't ask for anything more.
Every time I eat here it's delicious. Great service. Very much worth trying.
