El Rancho Asador Argentino - Alicante

We ate here on a Friday night during carnival. The place was empty when we arrived but did get a little busier during our meal. Staff were friendly enough and it seemed very much a family run business. They spoke a little English and I know a little Spanish so we managed ok. Had a mixed plate for starters with ribs and sausage. Some of the food was completely cold and some was really hot where they had not been warmed in the microwave properly. This is the only complaint I have about the meal The steak came and was cooked really nicely, I had a 400gr for about €19. The meal wasn't overly expensive and came to about €80 including a bottle of wine So many fantastic places to eat in the area but this is one I would definitely come back to

If you don't want tapas and are looking for good meat, this is the place. I had the chicken brochette and my husband had the mix grill. Both plate where served at the same time and the food was delicious. This place is for meat lover and I would visit again if I can.

This is a very good restaurant, the meat is delicious, Nancy is very friendly and funny, we were twice and they are almost family LOL, but everything is good.

Just discovered this place after a week in alicante and I with we'd found it sooner. It's a little off the beaten touristy track, but worth the short walk to get there. Tasty appetisers, great meat dishes and yummy baked potatoes. If you're suffering from over-tapas-itis then this is the place for you.

We had a dinner at this restaurant the friendly service the kitchen was very good the quality of the food was impeccable. I forgot my bag that night, and for the kindness of the waitress, he took him back to the seat. again thanks to oted!
