Wet N Wild B.v. Alphen Aan Den Rijn

We went there as a group of 4 people. 2 of us ordered stuffed eggplants but couldn't eat. It was the first time I have ever returned food that I have ordered . We ordered avocado burgers instead, it was better but the food still smelled long-time-used oil I think. They shouldn't use the same oil for a long time. It is not healty or tasty. In the end, we were not happy at all and still had to pay for one of the eggplant dishes which we couldn't eat and it was not our fault that we couldn't eat it. It was horrible, otherwise I would have forced myself to eat it anyway.

The location is nice. The staff are friendly and polite. Restrooms were clean which is a big plus. Unfortunately the food is pre-cooked. This is dissapointing. The iberico rib fingers were barely heated and got cold half-way through the meal. Even the burger was not cooked on the spot.

The spot is nice, but unfortunately that's the only positive feedback we can give. Service is terrible, really. Slow and un-motivated staff, lacking as well know-how on the wine f.e. We were a group of 8 people, of all us very disappointed about the quality of the food. The codfish was micro-wave style, so dry and no taste at all, for sure it went through some defrost phase first, same counts for the saté. This place needs some real management to make it real nice spot.

I was there for a company BBQ event. The stuff was polite and respectful. The restaurant located near a small lake and there is a nice view. Food and drinks were delicious as well.

Very nice food! Friendly staff. Clean rest rooms. We were there in January, so it was very quiet. As I understand later on the year the place is packed usually. Its got a great location, overlooking the lake. We had the monthly special quick was very good tasting and quite enough. Staff was very helpful when we had some questions about some of the food. Definitely recommend going here if you're looking for good food while in Alphen.
