The menu at this restaurant is excellent, with gluten-free options available. The staff are knowledgeable about gluten-free requirements and were able to accommodate more menu items as gluten-free for us. They offer service in both the restaurant and the bar, and are welcoming to visitors with dogs.

We were so happy last night to share a drink with super Pete Biggin, of the fabulous LEVEL 42 here. One of my sons is in a Power chair, and there was plenty of space for us in the bar area. When Pete went we decided to stay and have a meal, we all enjoyed our mains and desserts, also the drinks we had! The service was great, and so were all the staff, thanks for a lovely relaxing time!

Really tasty meal. Staff were friendly and attentive. We actually had our dog with us and they gave him some treats and water! The lady on the front end offered excellent Customer Service. Thank you- looking forward to next time!

The Cuckoo has gone downhill since our last visit, the staff are good and the ambience is still there but the food is poor. My wifes order was good but my curry had been kept warm for some time, the rice was a solid mass that I had to use a knife and fork to prise apart and the rest was a congealed mess.

This is a picturesque and beautiful pub restaurant in the beautiful village of alwalton. we visit here regularly and find the food, but above all the service to be excellent. Today we were served by a beautiful dame called andruska (which I wrote correctly) and a fantastic young man named corey. our visit was just nice, the food was great, but our visit was made so great by the workers. we have been in this facility for many years and it was not always so good to run, but now it is our place for a great meal or cozy drink from it is simply beautiful.
