Beautiful area! The architecture is amazing! Very historical. This area is very busy as it's the center of Amsterdam. There is a ton of places to shop to and eat at all around. Some of my favorites are Lush, Nyx, and Swarovski. View all feedback.
What Cindy doesn't like about Dam Cafe:
Burned lasagna without any bread, i could almost drink the sauce so i asked for bread, had to pay 2 eur extra. 3 eur for a small coca cola. Ps.: blonde waitress isn't customer friendly AT ALL !!! View all feedback.
Here is the place you will find everything in Amsterdam....nice shops and very nice places
Visit around Christmas time for a Christmas tree and decoration.

Tourist trap in the centre that charge €3 for a glass of Coke that's half full! Mediocre food at expensive prices. Goats cheese ciabatta with honey (couldn't taste it) and pine nuts. Goats cheese was cheap and almost tasted rubbery. Staff don't pay attention to tables or ask how the food was. Was a long wait too and the place wasn't so full.
