Tim Hortons - Ancaster

This Tim Hortons is the cleanest and most welcoming one I have ever visited. The restroom was impeccably clean, surpassing any other public bathroom I've seen. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, demonstrating a clear dedication to their customers. It is evident that both the owners and employees take great pride in their store and prioritize customer care.

I purchased a coffee from Tim Hortons. An elderly lady made it for me, but it was not fresh. I informed her of this and asked for a new one. She agreed, but only pretended to make a new one and gave me the same coffee in the same cup. There were two customers at the same time, but she did not seem to care.

I don't frequent this restaurant often, but they were absolutely amazing! Thank you.

It’s Tim Hortons, you know what you’re getting food wise. But this location is pretty well set up to ease your travels on the highwayThere are 2 drive through lanes and it went really fast.I’d go again and probably will on the way up north.

Had a great experience with the staff here, initially they gave me the wrong wrap so I drove through to let them know and was a little annoyed (long day, not my proudest moment). The immediately fixed everything and all the young men working apologized and were just so lovely and funny that it made my day. 10/10 will return and love their camaraderie.
