A good all round American style restaurant located inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The food was good, not necessarily great but for the price was adequate and nourishing. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Juno:
The salmon court “Must Try” ordered. It should come with fresh green beans, herbal potatoes, mushrooms and roasted peppers with garlic herbal butter. Salmon was over boiled, green beans were the frozen cut type, the potatoes were boiled and tasteless, and I tasted no garlic. Shrimp with tie pasta was just a little better. Also only two beer brands were available from the list in the menu. Make yourself a favor... if... View all feedback.
The service was quite slow. When we arrived at the buffet, we were informed that they would not be refilling items since it was closing soon. Unfortunately, we weren't told this until after we had already made our selections, yet we were still charged full price.
I can't say that I would return to this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, to the point where I opted to go back to my room and order food for delivery. It took around 10 minutes just to get a glass of water and a menu, and then another 15 minutes passed without any progress. It would have been understandable if the restaurant had been busy, but there were only two other groups, one of which was already eating. The server spent most of his time chatting at one table. On a positive note, the place is clean and appears to offer a decent selection of food when you're finally able to place an order.
I was pleasantly surprised by how underrated this restaurant is! I never thought much of hotel dining, but this place has completely changed my perspective. The waitress who served us was incredibly friendly and brought out some excellent dishes at a reasonable price. She went above and beyond in her service, striking the perfect balance of being attentive without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
On the fence. A weeks worth of visits and breakfast was 5 stars (except the scrambled eggs). Fruit was fresh, hot food hot (loved the reindeer sausage). There was also yogurt, milk, breads, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice coffee Dinners werehit or miss. Shrimp Tacos great (a little too spicy but good) Chicken Quasadilla once, amazing. 2nd time, nochicken(none) little cheese, and filled with salsa. Sent it back Staff is good very attentive, and always inviting. For ahotel restaurant, with a revolving cook staff, its a 3.5 stars (fix the dinner/apps a solid 4.5)
The bartender was incredibly unprofessional! It's clear that she needs to be replaced as soon as possible!
