What andrew hays doesn't like about Jay Jay Cafe:
Awful experience and will never be back. Service was both rude and slow. Food was not good at all. Not fresh or even the correct temperature. We also took slices of pie home to-go. Almost an entire slice was eaten before noticing it had mold. Pastries and sweets have to sit for a longggg time to get mold. As said before we will never return View all feedback.
I have been a loyal customer at Jay Jay's for many years. The breakfast is always delicious and the staff is amazing. We absolutely love dining at Jay Jay's!
The restaurant is located conveniently off Bowen Road, across from Tom Thumb. The parking lot is very small and cramped. When I ordered a slice of pie, the waitress handed it to me in a broken Styrofoam take-out container. Unfortunately, the food made me sick and I'm not sure if it was due to cleanliness or a bad experience. One waitress was rude while the other was very professional. Overall, I probably won't be returning. The food was hot, but the biscuits were missing and my stomach felt off after the meal.

Average food, average prices. Bldg needs some refreshing.
Took so long for us to get our food. We asked for plain hamburgers but they put melted cheese on. Then when we asked for a redo, they messed the order up again. Tables are very sticky and the food is very plain and has no taste. There’s also a fly.
