Contribute FeedbackAt Hotel Zaza's dining venue, experiences diverge dramatically, reflecting a blend of ambiance and service challenges. While the restaurant boasts a beautifully curated environment and quality meals, such as a standout brisket burger and flavorful garlic fries, the service often disappoints. Inexperienced staff lead to confusion—like unclear ordering procedures and slow drink service. Patrons have noted high prices for minimal service, with some meals lacking execution, like overcooked bacon. However, the vibrant atmosphere, efficient breakfast options, and attentive moments from staff like Vincent and James suggest potential if the staffing issues are addressed. Overall, a mixed but promising experience awaits.
Arrived for a quick lunch. james was the best! very attentive and helpful. had the superfood bowl and it was delicious. in any case would recommend.
A friend and I made a small trip to perfect strangers for the uo so amazing breakfast tacos our barista vincent was super sweet and recommended to drink the strawberry fields and die the vanille cappuccinos for thank you so much we will visit again soon.
Good surprise, good eating, honest prices, great services.
Maybe it's because of the pandemic, but if it's in a hurry (45 minutes,) it won't get enough time to get breakfast at this place. there were only 4 tables of customers. when I finally got my food, the speck was burned, the toast dry (no butter or jam) and warm kartoffels.
I took a Monday off to relax and we met my family here for breakfast. Coffee was wonderful and we were the only people there. We got the big breakfast (I don’t remember the actual name) and the potatoes were so good with perfectly grilled peppers. We also got the pancakes and they were so big for only 8 dollars! The edges were crispy and the fresh fruit was a fun bonus. I can’t wait to come here again on a sleepy weekday morning.
