This was our second visit to the restaurant, but it will sadly be our last. The service was excellent, but just like our first visit, the pizza was very disappointing. My four cheese pizza was mediocre and had a strong taste of olive oil, with little other flavors. My wife's Margherita pizza was overly greasy and had a terrible taste. Amazing! truffle pizza was on the best wise ridiculous: leaf gold, truffle, edible flowers – a beautiful eating fantasy! we're safe back.
That was our second time and unfortunately our last time. the service was great, but as the first time the pizza was terrible. my four cheese pizza was casual and tasted like olive oil and nothing else. the Margherita pizza of my wife was awfully fat and tasted terrible. so disappointing. we live close and hoped that it would be more regular. they have to do something about their pizza, otherwise they won't last long.
Best pizza chest! thin and crispy. go during the happy hour. they have great specials.
I hope the people discover this. great food and good price. the best part is that is quiet enough so that they could hear each other talking!
1st time here. My wife is a Pizza snob and she rated it as good as anything in Austin and rivals New York pizza. Buffalo/Truffle pizza was incredible and the ruccola salad was perfect--fresh, healthy, and great dressing. We will definitely be back and spreading the word around the 'hood!
