Panda - Bad Hersfeld

The Panda has been pulled from the hemp bag to the Linggplatz many years ago. The quality of food was always very good. The Panda is still the best restaurant with Chinese and Thai cuisine in Bad Hersfeld. The premises are bright, friendly and very clean in the Asian ambience. The three ladies of the service who felt 365 days a year always flee, friendly and careless, but unfortunately they are somewhat overwhelmed at peak times. The dishes are excellent and the price/performance ratio is reasonable! The sections are in small and normal portions. Often the kitchen stays cold with us and we go there to eat or, after ordering by phone, you can also pick up food there. In the evening a table reservation is absolutely recommended! From 6 people you can also book a round table with a turntable. In summer you can sit beautifully outside on the Linggplatz next to a plundering fountain. I believe that a small part is enough that two people are fed well when you take a spring role as an appetizer. A part with an additional deck is served. the additional deck costs € 1.50. Spring rollers cost approx. 2,50, a neat part of the baked banana with honey 3,00 €. Main dishes are about 6 18 € /Portion. So it's something for every wallet. The beverage prices are moderate: large specific 2,60 €, small specific 1,50 € Crystal Wheat 3,10 €, Ginger Ale 2,00 €. Buffet is not offered. Unfortunately, there is no delivery service. Parking can be done on the nearby marketplace, subject to a fee of up to 6 p.m.

Das Panda ist vor vielen Jahren vom Hanfsack zum Linggplatz umgezogen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist seit jeher konstant sehr gut. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Panda immer noch das beste Restaurant für chinesische und thailändische Küche in Bad Hersfeld. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hell, freundlich und im asiatischen Stil sehr sauber gestaltet. Die drei Damen im Service, die gefühlt 365 Tage im Jahr arbeiten, sind immer schnell, freundlich und aufmerksam, wirken jedoch in Stoßzeiten leider etwas überfordert. Die Speisen sind ausgezeichnet und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen! Es gibt kleine und normale Portionen. Oft essen wir dort im Restaurant oder können nach telefonischer Bestellung Speisen abholen. Eine Tischreservierung am Abend ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Ab 6 Personen kann man auch einen runden Tisch mit Drehaufsatz reservieren. Im Sommer kann man gemütlich draußen auf dem Linggplatz neben einem plätschernden Brunnen sitzen. Meiner Meinung nach reicht eine kleine Portion für zwei Personen aus, um gut satt zu werden, wenn man z.B. eine Frühlingsrolle als Vorspeise nimmt. Oft wird eine Portion mit einem zusätzlichen Gedeck serviert, das 1,50 € kostet. Frühlingsrollen kosten ca. 2,50 €, eine ordentliche Portion gebackene Banane mit Honig 3,00 €. Hauptgerichte kosten zwischen 6 und 18 € pro Portion. Es ist also für jeden Geldbeutel etwas dabei. Die Getränkepreise sind moderat: großes Spezi 2,60 €, kleines Spezi 1,50 €, Kristallweizen 3,10 €, Ginger Ale 2,00 €. Es wird kein Buffet angeboten und es gibt leider keinen Lieferservice. Parken kann man auf dem nahe gelegenen, bis 18 Uhr gebührenpflichtigen Marktplatz.

In the whole it was bad. the food was salted and the duck has tasted old and no longer fresh. people who ordered her to eat later got it sooner than we ordered them earlier. I never come back to this restaurant for these prices.
