I love the spooked this make-your-own pizza! I hate not knowing how my food is made, but this is like a subway conversation, they get to choose what to put on their pizza. View all feedback.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I waited in line while feeling hungry, but ultimately decided not to order. The restaurant operates like an assembly line, similar to Subway. They ask you to choose your crust type and then your sauce type. I noticed that the red sauce had a large dollop of cream sauce mixed in, making it no longer suitable for vegans. When it came time to choose my meat, there were no vegan options available, which was not a problem for me. However, I observed that the person handling the meat also handled the vegetables with the same gloves. Even if I had asked her to change gloves, she had been touching both meat and vegetables throughout her entire shift. I don't blame the worker, as she was likely trained to do things that way. As a result of this, I will not be returning to this restaurant. It may be a good option for vegetarians or those who are not concerned about cross-contamination.
The restaurant is fairly basic and not amazing, the dough could be better quality, but it gets the job done, especially for the price. For $10, you can have unlimited toppings to choose from. There is a wide variety of topping options available. The vegan cheese is delicious and they also offer a tasty vegan soy chorizo.
I love the concept of this make-your-own pizza! I don't like not knowing how my food is made, but this is just like a Subway concept, where you get to choose what toppings to put on your pizza.
