I ate there while I was in town for a funeral. I was initially hesitant, because I wasn't found by chain restaurants, but decided to try. I will let my waiter know before I order about my nutritional requirements and ask for proposals. he was very patient while I ordered and helped me with changes at my eating. I was with my non vegan sisters who helped the atmosphere light with a little teasing and joking. the food was very good, well seasoned and I got extra appetizers. the owner even came out and conversed with us before he left. we tried to return the next night, but they couldn't find it.
Love eating the tofu house. the supplements are wonderful. black beans, orange tortoise with pumpkin square is delicious. the salad with seaweed in the next dishes is really delicious. coming to the main dishes: tofu can be made mild or spicy. some of our favorites. but. surely ask if it is prepared with water. bipenbop in a bowl with vegetables on rice is the best way to eat comfort. ask for a little more dried seetang on the top. an excellent appetizer is orange tofu. beautiful orange sauce with something sweet in it. the personal is very attentive. ohh, by the way, they can be refilled on the side shells. a good eating experience. reasonable lunch.
This place is amazing and very generous with the banchan (her kimchi is excellent.) tell them that you are vegetarian/vegan and they will be more than happy to accommodate! I enjoyed the orange tofu, the vegetarian bibimbap combo and the Japchae combo. all very good and the portions were so generous that I had rested for days and they can not beat the spectacular window view to an active oil pump plug.
Love this place! recently discovered, and the whole family enjoys it. always wonderful service and eating is simply delicious.
My first experience was wonderful at this restaurant. It was a Sunday night and the restaurant wasn’t crowded (yet The servers were fine. They did everything they’ve supposed to. It felt like a small family owned business.Food: it was good. B+. Love the combo. Smaller in size but you get to have 2 dishes. The Soft Tofu soup wasn’t that good, just OK IMHO. The Bulgogi was yummy as well as their side dishes. The broccoli tasted really good for somehow. Maybe it was because of the Bulgogi. If the owner or manager were to read this, please put more lights inside the restaurant. I felt it was a little dark inside. On my way out, I saw a woman using the phone’s flashlight to read the menu. Before coming in, I thought it was closing time because it was dim both inside and outside of the restaurant.
