Hello, I just wanted to say, that the best place to eat in the bishop's slab and the area, is the house of the anselm. I've been around for a long time, I've been a kid with my parents and always very well. in no place do they make meat and sausage like there; they know differently and even if they try to do it the same does not know the same. I've never had a problem and I've always recommended it to my friends. they have good fame and above all it is a past the amount of food they put, in very few places it goes as swollen as there; and also very well of price. This is one of the places where you can go to eat in these times of crisis, pq here at least put you dirty amount and not those ridiculous dishes where you have to look for food. you can also see how the meat is made, with wood and at this time. it is homemade and village food, bread, ajoaceite, sausages, chops, desserts, etc.

The paper tablecloth was dirty, the waitress did not notice. After she had pointed out, she changed it, but didn't clean the table. so the new paper cover was recolored. the wine glasses were dirty, so the knives. the meat, derecôte, was... really bad, very hard, almost uncavinable. we informed the waitress and took almost 60% as a Doggy bag with us home. we had to pay the full price, no apologies or compensation offered. we will not be back!

Leckeres Essen, zuvorkommende nette Bedienung, abwechslungsreiche Küche immer wieder ein Besuch Wert Sind regelmässig zu Gast und feiern unser Weihnachtsessen seit 3 Jahren im Hotel Balsthal Hotelzimmer wurden erneuert und sind wunderbar.

Auch wenn durch Corona manche Sachen eingeschränkt sind, kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Es fehlt zwar ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer aber da kann man drüberwegsehen
