Had breakfast at coyotes twice over the weekend. The first visit was great and the second was okay... The huevos rancheros are highly recommended as well as the Mountain Man breakfast with back bacon. On our second visit, the strip bacon was over done and beyond crispy, while the steak was underdone. We loved it here! Mani, our waiter, was incredibly attentive and helpful. The food was fantastic! One member of our party was gluten free (celiac) and they were very accommodating and almost everything on the menu was possible GF. Highly recommend!
Wow!! This restaurant was Wonderful! Casual, comfy, and Fantastic Food. I ordered the Warm Shrimp and Goat Cheese Enchilada. My husband couldn’t say enough about the Pulled Pork. Amazing! Our server was the best, and was cool to see the chefs at the grill right...beside us! Make sure you visit. You will thank me.
Stopped in for lunch. What a great idea cause it was very good. We both enjoyed soup and sandwiches. Both the chicken tortilla and potato corn chowder were delicious. Would recommend this spot and would return again for sure!
After returning from our trek to Lake Louise we hit this spot for a much needed fuel up. I had the chili my husband the italian flatbread. Food was tasty service was good.
The food was outstanding. I had a blue corn chicken enchilada that can only be matched in Santa Fe Nm. Dont miss it
