Silverbeet - Barangaroo

Located in the canteen area of Barangaroo, Silverbeet is a food stall that offers a variety of dishes from different outlets. They have a wide selection of appetizing salads, hot snacks, sandwich options, and drinks. I tried the flat fillet with Greek salad, but unfortunately, the salmon was dry and lacked flavor. However, my wife enjoyed her ham, tomato, and cheese roasted salad.

Silverbeet is a lunch spot located in Barangaroo Wharf Development, nestled among other restaurants like Canteen. We were in search of a refreshing drink, but found the prices to be too steep.

I ordered the small salad for $8 with avocado and chicken. It was a disappointment as there were only two small pieces of avocado and chicken in it. The dressing left a metallic taste in my mouth which made it hard to determine if the ingredients were fresh. I suggest they rename it to accurately reflect the small amount of avocado and chicken in it. Overall, it was very disappointing and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

One of the most important places to get a healthy option in barangaroo. the salad options are always good, and they empty a tablet and put in a new one, so they know that it is not round sat.

This place is buzzing on a lunch time. We're ordering one of their standard salads with smoked salmon, and one salad chosen by making up parts and handing in your choices. They are both fantastic sizes.veggies are fresh. Smoked salmon is plentiful and good quality....Salads aren't cheap but on terms of value for money, they are great portions.
