First time here booked into best western tiffs is nearby . Food was superb and reasonable lots of tvs with sports on . I sat outside it started to sprinkle a little and my waitress lowered a retractable awning . Felt like royalty I told her . Keiths on tap which i appreciate. A week ago 4 of us went here.I ordered steak sandwich and fries.The steak was ok but chewie.My fries were barely cooked and like biting into a raw potato.When i mentioned to my server she merely said "oh well they are usually tasty".No mention of taking the crappy fries off my bill.I even emailed Tiffs and they could not be bothered to even respond to my email read more.
