In search of a good fishrestaurant the tourist office advised us this restaurant. It's located at the old harbour with lots of other restaurants. Had a good 3-course dinner with octopus as an apatizer and the lubina as a main. Well prepared, good size. Courses came quite fast one after the other. Wasn't too expensive.Recommended. the location is beautiful, at the old fishing port: a pretty picturesque opposite to the old fortification city (citadelle) and generally a busy place. the eating was good, the fish fresh and a special mention for the staff for its beautiful, polite and professional. View all feedback.
Located in the vueux-port area, this restaurant is fine. The "menu corse" formula offers a nice mix of taste from the territory.
Saw this mentioned in a blog and so glad we came! Park in an inexpensive lot entering the lower city as parking is very difficult. Hope to return!
This restaurant has an excellent menu for 19.5 Euros with excellent choices. Service was friendly and prompt.
We actually ate here twice recently, very popular and busy, however it was really good, staff are very attentive although seeing them actually running is slightly off-putting. Food very good and not too expensive.
I ate here one late Sunday night after arriving from Nice. While the waiter was a bit rude and did not wish me to sit at a front table (despite the restaurant having few patrons), I insisted on a table near the front. He finally accommodated me (and had no complaints when a young couple sat at a table in the front). Why didn't I leave? Because I wanted seafood, and it was terrific, particularly since having a late night dinner on Sunday usually means the last of the food is being eaten. Their fish soup was excellent and the house wine was fine. I also had a dessert that was tasty. The waiter was quite attentive once he realized that I could speak French and was intent on having a nice dinner. I am torn between three and four stars because of the wait staff, but will give it a four for the food and the view.
