The Palm Tree - BEACH HAVEN

Sa fast, but we are ignored for 17 minutes, drinking was super sugar, but fine, waiter had to come back twice, but still our order wrong to get over 30 minutes 1 false dish 1 “surf n turf” the ground meat mixed with lobster served in a novelty martini glass, with a brown sauce over it that would look like something I would feed my dog. manager was incredibly rude when I immediately told the waiter I don't want to eat or pay for a $45 dish that looks like dog food. the menu in my face was literally pushed, told me I was rude because I complained. for 20 years gone into the dish, but the foods have gone incredibly down as a restaurant, just for lunch. 0 stars for how incredible rude her manager younes is. waiter was sweet.

We always wanted to stay on the sea shell, but normally we brought the boat to lbi so that we always stayed on the boat. my sister and I rented this year 2 rooms at the sea with our families and had a great time. the view from the balcony was great. the rooms were very clean, additional towels were provided. we were advised when we booked that oceanfront rooms could be loud as the outside is late open and they are above the banquet room. we had no problem with noise, and I'm sure it helped that no bankette was going on because of COVID-19 restrictions. we loved listening to live music on the afternoon and evening. we ate several lunch and dinner meals in the hotel all well. all correct precautions and social remedies have been respected. I recommend the best ribnacht. there are 2 outer bars the bar that is not under the Tiki hat, ours was gone. the barkeepers there all week were simply great. matt, chris, taco, brent and dave (hope I have all of you) were so done and made us fantastic drinks. the location of the resort is the best directly on the beach. we only make this an annual journey.

They really helped me leave my room. I should have changed the day. but they walked out of that room and found me a room where I can stay for the whole. very appreciated!

Always a great atmosphere and great eating and music. the new decor is beautiful!

The Shell has a special place in my heart with so many great memories, wonderful food, drinks, service and atmosphere. Put the Sea Shell on your list of places to go and enjoy!
