Surya Indian Restaurant

The staff at this restaurant was friendly, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. The juice seemed to be from concentrate and the croissants were dense and heavy instead of light and delicate.

We have been eating at this restaurant for 5 years. The food has consistently been delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant. The Indian food was not very spicy and was a bit bland. The rice was Kashmiri Pulao, but it had only a few specks of saffron, and lacked the expected flavor for this type of dish.

We are Beaconsfield Locals & have bought from Surya Many years ago, several times but after several BAD Experiences Went elsewhere, So tonight We thought We would give them another chance as it has been Many years since ordering, OMG what a terrible mistake We made, ordered online with a 5.45pm pickup. got there a6 5.50pm. with blank looks fromm the server told 30minute wait, Funny thing everyone else Who walked in & placed a non pre booked order also told 30minute wait, So service terrible!!!!! the food was also very sub standard, A can of dog food with curry powder sprinkled on would of been better then this rubbish.chicken curry very very dry chicken & not much of it combined with very very thin sauce, beef curry the same as the chicken, naan burnt, terrible, Will NEVER go back.

The gentleman at the front was very friendly. The restaurant had a strange smell about it. Could have been burnt oil. Fish curry was well cooked. Pakora was burnt. BYO. Chicken curry only average. With a little work this restaurant could be high class. But certainly not now.
