In the middle of the afternoon, we were stopped and took a soup. We noticed that waitress were close to the clientele and listening and able to offer us the smile. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Restaurant L'interlude:
beautiful small, welcoming restaurant with good lunch except coffee, not so tasteful as the most part of even the most expensive restaurants. waitresses are pretty happy to receive us. I like to get to a place where we can feel the city, rather than go into big chains that you feel it. See you soon! View all feedback.
Someone once said that this place is a hidden gem, but you wouldn't know it unless you're from Quebec. The breakfast here is very authentic and local, offering typical dishes that locals love. Young people come here for their morning coffee or a hearty breakfast, while others come to do business over coffee and croissants. The full breakfast includes some fresh fruit and honey, along with a delicious cup of coffee. Overall, the coffee here is excellent.
From a bar as a restaurant, the interlude moved into some new would be in 2018. Too bad they don't refresh the menu. only average. fries were limp.
We had a pleasant breakfast for three people at this no-frills restaurant. My wife ordered a simple meal of 2 eggs, mixed berries, beans, juice, and coffee, while my friend added a ham crepe to his order. I opted for "the works" which included three types of meat (ham, bacon, and sausage) along with an extra egg. Everything was delicious and we found the price of $25 for all of us to be very reasonable. The service was fast and efficient. If you're not looking for a fancy atmosphere but instead want a good hearty breakfast or lunch at a reasonable price, I would recommend returning to this restaurant.
This is a nice restaurant. We ordered a Caesar salad and a smoked meat plate. The salad was generous, fresh, and well-seasoned. The pastrami sandwich was delicious with some tasty fries. The atmosphere was decent and reasonable, with excellent service and a pleasant place to sit in the sun. I would definitely come back on a cool winter day.
A bar, restaurant serving breakfast lunch at a reasonable price. Not really atmospheric as it is a bar in the evening. My breakfast choice consisted of 3 meats (ham, sausages, bacon) 2 eggs, home fries toast, coffee. All was tasty good....Price was very reasonable even cheap by Montreal or U.S. standards). Lunch is the same (i.e. good quality quantity for a very reasonable price). Lunch menu has numerous choices but usually 5 specials which are made fresh low priced for the day. Service has always been relatively good attentive for a bar/restaurant. I plan to return whenever, I simply want to have a breakfast or lunch without anything fancy.
