Check in snafu kept my co-workers in the lobby instead of their rooms. Then their room wasn’t clean when they finally got their key cards. Seriously?For their breakfast, my co-worker’s muffin was dry. Their catered lunch was also subpar. How can a lime grilled chicken wrap have no taste? The staff at this restaurant was exceptional. I made two phone calls regarding various aspects of my reservation, and they managed everything effortlessly. They were incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. This was definitely the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. The only downside was the small pool; it could feel crowded with just 10 to 12 people. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. However, these are minor complaints compared to the outstanding service provided by the staff. If you're in the Austin area, I highly recommend staying here, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
Absolutely fantastic hotel! I was referred to this property, and it completely lived up to the recommendations. Everything exceeded my expectations—cleanliness, location, staff, and more. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy dinner or a drink at the restaurant on the top floor; it’s a must! We will definitely be returning.
I had an unexpected change in my travel plans that was beyond my control. Unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate a new date (one week later than my original reservation). As a result, I lost 100% of my payment. It's unbelievable. I will never book with this brand again.
Please save your or your company’s money! The rooms are very tiny, in disrepair and no nicer than a Hampton for double the price. I asked my company not to book me here again. The rooftop bar is nice, which is the only positive feedback I have.Rooms: 2/5
For the price, this was definitely not worth it. My biggest pet peeve of my stay was that the pool closed early due to “ no lighting in the pool area”. Also, please invest in a heated pool. That water was freezing!!! For the price of a night that is ridiculous!!!! I paid almost $300 for one night only for my girl’s weekend to not be able to enjoy the amenities of this hotel. To charge a resort fee should definitely have resort amenities. The restaurant was “ok”. The best thing about my stay was probably the sweetest waitress in the restaurant. Also, one more thing.. the shower water would not go down as I showered which was kind of gross and had to flush the toilet like 3 times for it to go down. Would I come back again?? Probably not.
