House of Szechwan - Bellefontaine

This was my favorite Chinese food restaurant growing up. My family seems obsessed with the China grip on the south side of town so i hadn't been back in a while. My family is crazy!! The food here is by far the best Chinese food in town. It was all fresh, tasty and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly. A word of warning! Don't order online, it didn't work. That was the only downside. They were very sorry and started my order quickly and even gave me some soup for free. Bellefontaine you need to try this food again!

Slowly becoming my new favorite place to eat since Yin Da went out of business, sad face. Anyways, the waitresses are always so sweet to us. I have went with my husband, my daughter, and my sister, and I always have a pleasant experience. My food is always fresh, tables are always clean, the buffet is good as well, I haven't personally tried it yet but my husband and daughter get it, and they love it. It looks amazing, I can at least say that much. The waitress also knows my order by heart, and always knows what we are getting to drink without even having to ask. I would highly recommend. The only bad thing is the building does kind of smell musty, you can tell its an old building. And they always keep it kind of dim in the dining area. And sometimes when theyre busy and have quite a few people in there, it can be annoying because when people talk it echoes and can get really hard to concentrate on what the people youre with are talking about.

Very good food!!! I moved from the area and I miss this place.

Very dirty restaurant. The orange chicken was so bland and tasted like how the restaurant smelled, old. So sorry to say but it was the worse chinese food I've ever had.

Just order the orange chicken then we can talk best american chinese in the area
