Old Butter Factory Cafe - Bellingen

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, but it was very busy and it took a while for our food to come out. They offer breakfast, burgers, and kids meals at reasonable prices. I highly recommend trying the corn fritter and lamb kofta. I ordered the fritter with bacon and it was enough to share with my daughter. This is a great spot for tourists, with a store in the back selling high-end home decor and a nice outdoor area for photos with rustic utensils and tools. There is also a kids' toy area, although it was muddy and not playable due to the rain.

What a satisfying meal! The food is incredibly fresh and the milkshake made with real, tasty milk. I tried the chicken burger, coffee, and Honeycomb Thickshake, all delicious choices. The BLAT sandwich was also very good. Despite the presence of many birds trying to snatch up food, they were not bothersome at all.

The café has a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere, nestled in a lush green setting and with friendly staff. The menu offers a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. My children raved about their chocolate milkshakes, claiming they were the best they've ever had. The cozy kids play area was a big hit with our 3-year-old, who didn't want to leave. I could have spent more time exploring the unique stores surrounding the café, but we arrived later in the day after spending most of the morning mesmerized by the beautiful Emerald Pool.

We were made welcome with our little dog and she became popular soon. the personal here is beautiful and the service was good. we enjoyed our lunch, the lamb kofta was beautiful and hubby enjoyed the frit. the turbid apple juice and mixed beer-sweet was...both delicious too. my dog also enjoyed her puppies. nice lunch, would return definitiw.

Second visit today with family and friends everyone was more than happy with everything we ordered large service definitely highly recommended.
