On Rice Thai Cuisine Spirit

I would suggest the owner of this restaurant to update the listing because the location doesn't open until 4:30 and it is only for takeout. It would have been helpful to know this in advance and would have saved me some time.

The food was good but not as spicy as I usually like my Thai cuisine. There were a variety of options to choose from and the staff was friendly. The prices were reasonable.

I have been to this restaurant many times over the years and have always found the flavors to be consistent. On this visit, I ordered the vegetarian eggplant dish with sweet and sour sauce, while my son had the Phad Se Ew with chicken. The rice noodles in the Phad Se Ew were cooked perfectly and he really enjoyed his meal. The flavors in the eggplant dish were spot on, although the vegetables were slightly undercooked for my liking. We had to wait ten minutes to place our order which was a bit frustrating, even though the restaurant was not very busy. The Jasmine tea was fragrant and hot, parking was convenient, and the restaurant was clean. The increase in prices, such as an additional $1 for non cross-contaminated sauce, was noticeable and could have been handled better in terms of customer service. However, overall we enjoyed our experience and will return again. The staff, mostly students, were very polite and gracious.

Greedy owners. Now you have to pay extra for rice, which used to come with all the meals?AND they raised the prices as well. So they?re charging more and giving you less. This is pure greed. Rice is cheap; it certainly didn?t go up in cost for them. OnRice, you guys just lost a loyal customer.

The owner of this place needs his teeth kicked in. Unbelievable how this guys attitude is. This is the first time I encountered him, and the result is I will not eat here again. Don't give this guy your business. There are much better options.
