4 for dinner on a Tuesday night. Fairly full. Very Noisy. Booth was cramped. Food was OK with 3 of 4 pleased. Service was slow. It took 10 min. to get water, another 5 for bread and letting us know a server would be by shortly. Once we ordered, drinks and food were pretty quick. This was our second visit, and quite frankly we will drop this place off the radar until we hear better things. I also think that the wine list needs some work.... the only Chard by the glass is Rodney Strong? Really?.
The restaurant has a cozy ambiance. The noise level at the bar was low enough for conversation. This was the first time we experienced a focus on quality over quantity in a dish, and it was perfectly delicious. The standout of the evening was our server/bartender Claudia. She was friendly and attentive, truly shining in her role. Please pass along our thanks to her!
Salute is my new favorite restaurant in Bend. The food is phenomenal and the service is outstanding. Been twice and both times were amazing. The scallops are divine!

We returned for a second visit and once again enjoyed the delicious food. The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and makes the dining experience even more enjoyable.
