The Berlin Savigny Square is one of the top 10 of the city. Many agree that it is a popular meeting place in Charlottenburg and that the diverse gastro scene should be a “magnetic bathroom”. However, as always, there is also a viewpoint that does not have to share... Green areas in such a delicate area, however, are at the same time attractive points for different groups of people who can occur. It still doesn't want it for itself. For me personally, the two bronze statues are worth considering more than the "outside" if I should be honest. During my “exit” near our hotel I have sent this place several times. So often, if it is more or less interested, take time to... Only now, when I was looking for background information, I noticed that there should be a table where the historical context is represented. What I would like to take before: Despite this background, it is nevertheless surprising to me that it is a “garden monument” when their overall design took place a few years before the reunification! The first references can be found in the 19th century. Nevertheless, the next 100 years should be influenced by the multiple redesigns. Last year 1987 in the so-called '750. Years of Berlin’. It is always said that it is a “green oasis in the middle of the city”. It was also designed in 1884 85. But even after the 1st WK, those responsible have changed their thoughts. Maybe as it had seen from 1926: with rose sticks, lasy corners that would invite me to linger! Well, the reconstructed ledges already had something, but from my point of view it also comes to the overall impression! If one considers the representations created after 1900, one becomes more aware that the environment was already determined by traffic at that time. Not as strong as now. barely know another comparable place from which as many individual roads branch off as it is in this case. The Kantstraße, which as such is divided into two subareas, is one that was always very busy, no matter what time I drove them! This is also perceived as very loud. I wouldn't want to call it "sixy": In addition, there are 7 more who branch off from this star form. In most cases I took the place as a "abbreviation" towards Ku'damm instead of stopping long in this area. For a woman (particularly alone) it is not a pleasant idea to be close to people who give a tomb of something of themselves perceived by me most as incomprehensible jelly (a not really sober person). I didn't even notice that. Months later, if I only think about it, I get this thought, really goose bump! Maybe now you can understand why I was happy when I left him. This is why I did not take any further photos (except the sculptures mentioned at the beginning). Please note it if I think alone with my opinion or someone (in contrast to me) sees it as something special. Honestly, I'm hard to give a fair class. What matters to me personally is whether I feel comfortable overall. Since this is not the case, I can only forgive 2 stars.

It can quickly become touristic in this corner. But the Petrocelli also offers a very nice atmosphere for not tourists. Delicious food, very good drinks and a service that is attentive, but not intrusive, complete the very pleasant picture. So just recommend. The area is, of course, very own, genuine Berlin, understands itself.

Perfect Italian food! Have never eaten such a delicious Bolognese and pizzas at a reasonable price in 38cm and Mega tasty! Even my children were more than enthusiastic! Staff very friendly and accommodating!
