Variant menu that was perfect in its preparation. Accounts in the main course replace the proposed pigeon with roe which was cooked to the point. A lot of attention is placed on the quality of the supplements in each gear. Great kitchen. Excellent wine consulting View all feedback.
What Gaston Kertzmann doesn't like about Frühsammers Restaurant:
had not the ideal culinary experience I was hoping for, waited over ten minutes before an English menu was presented. grissini three dishes of suppe were great. the overwhelmed older waiter took orders serve despite the leading few juniors cutting the service excellence even...further servings were small not warm. it wasn't asked if I wanted to get cheese tasting to the conclusion. waited again to settle my bill unti... We had a wonderful Christmas dinner in 2019. the personal was excellent and very funny. they helped us to choose two great weine and began with a very good champagne. her wee are very cheap. eating was really good. sonja is a very talented cook and each dish was perfectly cooked. the service was slow when we were there first when they were really busy. they could use a waiter next to peter. they had assists, but no one who is fully trained. but it was worth waiting, and also who can be in a hurry to christmas!
Our meal at the earliest was from this world. the service was attentive and accommodating and eating was creatiw, fulfilling and tasty. Recently we had the chance to feed in a 3 star restaurant in paris and frankly, our meal at the earliest was better....We were particularly pleased to see how the situation is underestimated. if they have food allergies, make sure to communicate in advance. they have made a great task to accept food restrictions and allergies for a few members of our party.
If my assessment of this restaurant was only for eating, I would award 5 points. this is unfortunately not possible and taking into account service and atmosphere I can only give an assessment of 2. the eating was excellent and up to michelin star...standard although there was another great party in the main room, I feel that the chef chef sonya sooner could have visited the 5 tables in the separate room short, all of which had chosen their surprise menu. but since eating was so creatiw and excellent, I am not a subtracting points for this. my bones of satisfaction are fourfold: 1. atmosphere. although we did not receive notifications during the booking, we were shredded (without declaration to a next room that was to say that was not welcoming and not up to five stars standard. besides the inspiring decoration, the entire impression was tasty and the furniture brands on the walls weeping for renovation. a poor and disappointing beginning of the evening. 2. service. although the young waiter and waiter were friendly, the table service was slow, erratic and inattentive. I don't expect a Michelin-star restaurant to be asked for more water, bread, etc. I accidentally dropped my table napkins on the floor. I had expected I to get a new one. far from it! although it was clearly visible, three of the employees ignored or did not see that the sommelier had even betrayed it! After the main course we took a 5 minute toilet break. at the return were our tellers, now cold and greasy, still on the table. It took another 5 minutes before a waiter noticed and removed them. should my remarks be criticized on these questions, I have shown photographic evidence. 3. toilet facilities. the toilet of the men (below is apparently shared with a tennis club and borders on the changing rooms. next to the sporty, locker room odour, the washroom was dirty and lit with paper towels (the recording for used towels was full. the fittings, soaps and paper dispensers are manual (i.e. without sensors), which means that you had to touch everything the previous guests/players had used. at the second place I used the damentoilette in the ground floor with my wife on the watch. this is not a Michelin-star restaurant. I have photos again. 4. the sommelier and his weep. the menu is offered with accompanying wines. there is no wine or price list. that's irritating. to be fair, the weeping that we finally selected (we are exclusively white wine drinkers were excellent. the price-performance ratio is acceptable. we had 6 glasses very good weins at a total price of 60 €. now at the cripple point. the sommelier is no less a person than a hearty early self. he is very well known without doubt, but he is a dictator! he ignored our asking which wee available and their price. his first recommendation was excellent, the next two we were not so happy with and he grudgingly accepted that we wanted a wee of our choice, and served a first class gray burgundy by phillip kuhn that supplies our home wines. during the last half of the evening he sat with other guests (friends? a bit and drank at her table with his back to us. as the waiters were absent for some time, we sat for a long time with empty glasses. I have titled this review 'a tale of two restaurants ', although our dinner dinner by michelin star standard, perhaps even more than a star, the accompanying factors: poor waiter service, a dominant sommelier, dingy environment and dirty toilets, made for a disappointing evening. I regret, unless the standards are collected that I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone else. note: american express credit cards are not accepted.

Tucked away in Berlin the visit was worth the effort. The restaurant was spacious and the interiors were tasteful. We had the set menu and each course was delightful. Each dish was well presented and delicious. The flavour of each dish was different. We were a party of five and...each of us enjoyed each dish. The service was excellent and since the menu was in German the staff translated the menu into English. The service was excellent and the owner gave a personal touch to our delightful evening. Will definitely visit Fruehsammers during next visit to Berlin
