Contribute Feedback What Christiane Lindemann likes about Pauly Saal:
Pauly Saal was a recommendation from the concierge at the Regent Berkin and it did not disappoint. The space was charming, the service excellent, the sommelier superb, and the food was delicious. It is a one-star Michelin restaurant and deservedly so. We were very impressed by the cuisine and the excellent wine list. The sommelier made great recommendations and we enjoyed the champagne, wine, and dessert wine. From t... View all feedback.
What MiGa doesn't like about Pauly Saal:
The food was absolutely delicious! Sadly, there wasn't enough of it, and also no bread, and we both left hungry. It's too bad, because otherwise we would have stayed longer and ordered more drinks. The dining room looks beautiful but we felt it was an awkward space to spend time and chat. It was very quiet and missing some ambience. The wine choice was excellent, exactly what we were looking for. The service was very... View all feedback.

We went to celebrate Sarah's birthday last Friday and of course decided on the full tasting menu after some lovely cocktails to start. Starting with warm homemade bread selection (so good I got more) and then 3 different amuse bouche plates we began the menu at a very relaxed and unhurried pace. The courses made their way through veggie dishes, a lot more seafood dishes ( the wolffish was the best, king crab the least impressive) then to a beautiful veal to finish the savoury items. Desserts followed and finished with some delicate chocolates. My only criticism was the overuse of foams, more style over content and this left a few of the courses a little samey in texture, so I believe it could have been made better with more textures in the dishes. That said it was a great experience and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for over 4 hours. The bill was not cheap but for the pleasurable evening I think it was worth the expense
Servicio profesional. Decoración impecable y ambiente distendido aunque elegante.
