Everything is fresh on site, and Gisela, the cook, was very sweet to explain every ingredient and why it is so good. I already have three times this week for my morning green smoothie, Lubrikator superfoods breakfast (cashew mousse with chia seeds, homemade müsli crisp and peach compote), and of course coffee! Very recommended!
