The Schiller offers high quality local cuisine. It is located at the beautifull market square and offers outside seating. If you make it to Bietigheim and would like to experience fine dining in a beautiful, romantic ambience, the Schiller is a clear recommendation. There is also a small balcony which offers very nice seating during lunch.

It was a dinner last week with business co-workers. The location of the restaurant is in the heart of the old city of Bietigheim. You have to park in the Japanese Garden parking area and then take stairs up to the restaurant. Once you enter it, you see the classy details everywhere, you can not switch your eyes away from elegent decorations. The stuff is professional to make you comfort, and very polite. They can speak English very good. The menu has different dishes to fulfill your wishes, starting from drinks and starters to desserts, from the typical food from the area (schwäbische Küche). No surprise the food was serviced very fast and it was very delicious. It is one of the best typical restaurants in this area.

The Restaurant is located in the heart ob Bietigheim, in the old city beside the town-hall.The marketplace is very nice. The Restaurant "Fridrich von Schiller" is one of the bestin Bietigheim.Very good menu , a choice of local and international wine and digestives.

We enjoyed a superb lunch on the sunny terrace overlooking the old city and gardens , with friendly service team we were welcomed seted and menu`s presented , Menu small , regional speicalities , locally sourced fresh produce , there a seasonal menu .We chose the daily menu offering a creamed mustard soup with grilled sausage and chives, follwed by Fleisch käse with spinach , creamed potato and an organic fried egg, a salad of field and forrest mushrooms , beets and roasted walnuts...delicious .my wife had the fricadell on sauted medley of carrots...superb , a fine Riesling from the region rounded off a superb lunch , thank you and we look forward to coming again , a price worthy establishment , all in all great

It was not a surprise, as we knew that a gourmet restaurant with a very good wine list was expected. but still the good value for the money we received was beyond our expectations. we have booked a three-course menu at the same time. the room. this is advisable as the gourmet restaurant in the hotel is quite small. they had 3, 4 or 5 options. because the portions were quite large, we were very happy with a 3-course menu. our starter ”Brotsalad with raw ham, rucola tomatoes” or a crouton salad with air cured ham, arugula and tomaten was a very pleasant surprise. it worked perfectly. the main course was “Hirsch with grilled vegetables, redhkol and potato dumplings” or deer steak with grilled vegetables, red cabbage and kartoffel dumplings. that was toppep with red wine sauce reduction. excellent! they crawl that they hunt their own game in the hunting season. our dessert was panna cotta with abricot sorbet. really nice portion, and delicious. that is not a place for a quick dinner. that is a restaurant in slow food. do not skip their starter, as it takes a while to prepare their main course. take time, and enjoy their wine eating. restaurant schiller stube had a very good wine cellar with an extensive wine list. it starts local weeping, but also good coverage from other German wine regions as well as other European wine-producing countries. there is also a good selection of rare weeping or shading chamber wines. very good value for her money.
