I was here years ago and it seemed tired. After we moved 2021 near, we decided to try it again and happy at all 3 locations, the food was visited and the service was excellent. View all feedback.
What Nathan D doesn't like about Hopwood House:
After a fun day at Cadbury World, we decided to try out Hopwood House for some savory food. The warm and cozy pub had a relaxed atmosphere, and we settled in at a big table for 6. Despite a delayed drink order and incomplete food dishes, the manager handled our complaint well and we left without paying. Here's hoping for a better dinner tonight. View all feedback.
Food is generally good here but I came at 3PM Friday 24th and Front of House has an attitude issue. Using language like ‘mate’ and being generally surly. Unnecessary, I don’t mind if you’re busy but you can still be polite. Thanks. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just parked up and went into the Hopewood house for a drink at 19:45 pm, today Wednesday 22Nov; we were the only people (myself and my partner) standing at the bar, a tall male bartender was making a cocktail, joking with his colleagues passing by, there was zero contact nor acknowledgement of us for the 5 minutes we stood there waiting. Appalled by the lack of customer service skills, we left. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
