Contribute FeedbackThe cafe offers a unique experience for cat lovers, but some visitors found it lacking in certain areas. While the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the cats, there were complaints about long wait times for food and drinks, as well as a limited food selection. Some visitors felt that the cats were overwhelmed by the number of children chasing after them. However, others had a great time interacting with the cats and found the atmosphere welcoming and quirky. Overall, the Kitty Cafe is recommended for a fun and entertaining visit, with good quality food and friendly staff.
Unfortunately even though i booked the table online they had no record of our booking for us when we arrived. They did however manage to get us in. There were quite a few of the dishes not available on the menu which was disappointing. My husband chose a starter and was then told that was also off the menu along with one of the sides with his main meal. Surely being a Friday night and the start of a busy weekend, the restaurant should have had enough stock in??! A very disappointing vist.
Table able to be booked at 8. Restaurant didn’t open till 9. Not massively impressed.
1st steak, sirloin £18.99, was tough and not good quality. We were offered rrpacements. But went for minute steaks instead which were great, tender and juicy as the sirloin should have been. Salt grinder was empty, then replaced by another empty one.
Very busy but it was Mother's Day. Very attentive staff who recommended items from the menu and knew what they were talking about.
Wait 30 minutes to order. no jackenkartoffels, no potato wedges on Saturday about half 12 yet 10 minutes before we got our drinks, then another 10 before very average food arrived
