My wife and I joined friends on Tuesday 14th and overall it appeared that everybody enjoyed their meal as there was nothing left on our plates. I personally had Seekh Kebab, Saag Gosht and Garlic and Coriander Nan. It was good to able take our own drinks. The service was attentive and there is no service charge. View all feedback.
What robert t doesn't like about Imlees:
Salad consisted of 1/2 of the smallest tomato I have ever seen 1/2 a handful of lettuce with a pot of something bluey green that was very sweet! Kebabs were not too bad but soaked in grease. Muton Balti. I thought it was Childs portion it was tiny. It was the worst I have ever had. No heat to it at all, it was more like a muton stew. It was cold and very sweet! Food is tasty, however could be a little more authentic with flavours. The staff are all friendly and provide great service. The portion size are very generous leaving loads to take home!
Lovely food and a really good place to eat. It's a bit old school as it takes cash only but otherwise at least fornour visit it was a faultless experience.
We had a lovely time here, the food is delicious and the owner is really friendly and looked after us well! I would highly reccomend this place to anyone who wants good food and a great evening. :
Best Pakistani food I have ever had in my life. I want to keep coming back to Birmingham after this, seriously amazing.
Get the imlees special curry v tasty. And I'm quite picky. Byob
