Contribute FeedbackPizza Hut's Birmingham location offers an uneven dining experience, oscillating between commendable service and significant shortcomings. While some patrons bask in the joy of its delicious pizza and friendly staff, others report disconcerting wait times, raw food, and inattentive service. Despite reasonable prices and a varied menu, several diners express disappointment with the restaurant's atmosphere and staff engagement, leaving them hesitant to return. However, those who managed to experience attentive service and prompt meals often recommend it, suggesting that one's visit may hinge on the timing and staffing of the day. Overall, expectations may vary significantly.
Reasonably cheap pizza on the street and shopping centers available. I thought it was okay, but wouldn't come back to try again. I'm a self-proclaimed pizza snob, although I taste the best in the country. this is somewhere in the middle of the one I tried (March, 2018.)
This is the best pizza I ever had, they offer violife cheese and other vegan dishes like pulled ‘pork’.
I love this place! they prepare wonderful food, their menu is diverse, the cook at this place is an expert, I like a lot to try all their food. eating is consistently good, the service for visitors is good. I often go to this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend it without delay.
Eating was amazing as always. it was pretty quiet when we arrived, but soon picked up. the server was so kind to forgive me that I did not know his name, but I did not see any other server mon aft (17th juni.) really easy to talk, they explained our meal decisions well and was clearly tried to do his best for his customers! really enjoyed us go back safely
It was like a trip out of the memory lane for me. I always liked to go to the pizza hut in dundee, but that has been sad since then. eating here in birmingham was good and the service was excellent.
