Carins Krog - Bjoernaenge

Vi är mycket besvikna efter vårt besök i karinens tavern, cirka två vuxna och två barn. Vi beställer två barnbuffé och två pizza capriccosa för vuxna. Vi väntar och baby buffén fyller upp. Barnen äter sin mat.

We are very disappointed after our visit to Carins krog on 2013-03-01. We arrive around 7:30 pm, two adults and two children. We order two children's buffets and two Capricciosa pizzas for us adults. Disappointment with the food in the children's buffet. We wait and the children's buffet is replenished. The children eat their food. We adults wait and wait and wait and wait ...... After an hour, we give up. We choose to leave the restaurant and take the pizzas in boxes. Because the kids are tired of waiting for us to get our food and eat on the spot. We have to pay full price for everything including drinks that we haven't finished because we didn't get any pizza. When we get home and are about to eat, another surprise awaits. This is clearly the worst pizza we have ever eaten. The pizza maker must have been very inexperienced or very stressed. The pizza is hard, burnt edges, tasteless and completely irregular (which doesn't affect the taste, but makes you wonder if it was the first pizzas the pizza maker had ever made in their life). We could see while we were waiting that Carins krog seems to prioritize take away pizza orders over pizzas to be eaten in the restaurant. Which is very strange because we, who come to the restaurant, want to be able to eat together and I assume we also pay more to eat on site than to use take away. The staff made no attempt to compensate us for the above wait and simply wished us a good meal. If a restaurant cares about its customers/guests, they usually do everything they can to ensure that the customer leaves satisfied and tells others they know how good it was. Here, Carins krog has managed to do the exact opposite. We will explain to those who wonder about Carins krog that we do not recommend a visit.

We are very disappointed after our visit to Carins on 2013-03-01. We arrived around 19:30 with two adults and two children. We ordered two children's meals and two pizza capricciosas for the adults. However, when our food arrived at the table in the buffet area, we were dissatisfied. We noticed that the staff seemed to prioritize takeout orders over dining-in customers. We were disappointed that we could not eat together as a group and assumed that we would also be charged more for dining in rather than taking out. The staff did not try to compensate for the long wait but wished us a pleasant meal. It is important for a restaurant to prioritize all customers, regardless of whether they are dining in or taking out.
